Cancellation Policy

Overview
When you cancel a confirmed travel package, the following graduated fees apply per EU Package Travel Directive (2015/2302) and PT Decree-Law 17/2018. The standard 14-day distance-contract withdrawal right does not apply to package travel (Polish Consumer Rights Act, Art. 38).

How to Cancel
Email info@portugaliadlapolakow.pl with your booking reference. Cancellations must be in writing.
EUR 50 Inconvenience Credit
For cancellations within 48 hours of trip start, you will receive a EUR 50 credit code valid for any future booking. Codes are best used within 12 months.
